1. Returns

You have 7 days or 14 from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Items on sale/clearance (optional)

  • Personal care items (optional)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at bk2784098@gmail.com

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you must follow the return process.
